By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

• All rental items remain the property of Party Galore -N- So Much More,
• Rentals are for a specified period as agreed upon at the time of booking and stated in your contract.
• The client is responsible for the care and return of all rental items in the same condition as received.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late or damaged returns may result in additional fees.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of the event may be non-refundable.
• No refunds for unused rental items.

• Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.
• Clients must ensure easy access for drop-off and collection.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.

• The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period.
• A damage deposit may be required and refunded upon the safe return of all items.
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of our rental items.

We are not responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
